How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed the same day. Standard shipping via FedEx takes approximately 5-7 days for delivery. If you are urgent you can select express shipping and you will receive it within a maximum period of 48 hours, these orders are made by USPS

US Return Policy
We want you to love your paddle! We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Simply buy the paddle you're interested in, play with it for 30 days. If it doesn't work for your game, return it for a full refund or exchange it for a different one. Plus, Rayox covers standard shipping both ways. We’ve taken the risk out of purchasing a new paddle.

International Return Policy
We want our international (outside the US) customers to love their paddle as well! We offer the same 30-day hassle-free return/exchange policy with the exception of the free shipping. Simply buy the paddle you're interested in, play with it for 30 days. If it doesn't work for your game, return it for a full refund or exchange it for a different one. Rayox is more than happy to extend this offer, however we are not able to cover the associated shipping costs for international orders.
